Pumpkin Ginger Cupcakes Recipe

I made these cupcakes last year for Thanksgiving and they were such a hit that I have been requested to make them several times since. Be sure that you chop the crystallized ginger quite fine or it will feel like your cupcakes have chunks of gumdrops in them. I use a basic buttercream frosting and a dusting of cinnamon for topping these delicious cupcakes.
