Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Thanksgiving morning tends to be hectic in most Buffalo homes. This pumpkin bread can be baked the weekend before. Tightly wrap and refrigerate until Thanksgiving morning. Slice and toast in the toaster oven, spread with butter and honey and serve with coffee and hot chocolate for a quick breakfast.
