This amazingly mouthwatering, crustless cheesecake recipe is low in fat and carbs and appropriate for many diet plans, such as the Dukan Diet. If desired, you can substitute fat-free cream cheese for one of the three packages without significantly affecting the cheesecake's taste. You won't miss the crust on this cheesecake, or the sugar and extra fat that's missing.
